When two-four people register in a group, each additional person will receive 15% off the cost of registration by using code GROUP when registering online. If you are interested in sending five or more people to the Summit, contact Beth Wagner at bwagner@accessintel.com to get information on reduced registrations for your group.

Discount codes cannot be combined with additional discounts and are not applicable to previously invoiced registrations.

The Summit provides members of the press with exclusive access to experts, leaders and executives speaking at the event. To qualify for press credentials, you must: Be affiliated with a nationally or regionally recognized or industry-relevant media outlet, or hold an editorial title. Attendance as a general attendee at this event is reserved for DOE, NRC and other government agency contractors, program managers, and all other federal, state and local government employees. Vendors, service providers, and manufacturers are encouraged to register as a sponsor or exhibitor, which includes access to the general sessions and content provided during the program. If you are identified as a potential sponsoring/exhibiting company, you will be contacted by a member of our team regarding sponsorship and exhibiting opportunities.

Conference cancellations: All conference registrations are non-refundable. In the case you need to cancel, a credit will be issued for our 2021 event. If for any reason, Access Intelligence decides to cancel or postpone this event, Access Intelligence is not responsible for covering airfare and other travel costs incurred by registrants.

Registrations can be altered and edited up until the badge is printed. Access Intelligence recognizes the information in the registration system, NOT the confirmation e-mail, as the most current and valid information. Substitutions may be made at any time for the confirmed registrants of the 2020 Decommissioning Strategy Forum; however, printed badges are non-transferable once collected at the event. Notice of substitution must be made be made in writing by the original registrant to clientservices@accessintel.com.
