Our Commitment to Safety For Attendees
Decommissioning Strategy Forum is committed to creating exceptional experiences that ignite connection and commerce, especially through our in-person events this fall. The health and safety for our event attendees, exhibitors and sponsors is of the utmost concern and priority of Decommissioning Strategy Forum. In an effort to maintain the health and well-being of all participants at our events, Decommissioning Strategy Forum has implemented new event standard operating practices and procedures. These include:
High Traffic Areas (such as handrails, escalators, door knobs, elevator buttons, etc.) will be disinfected by the venue staff frequently.
Hand Sanitizer Stations will be available throughout the event.
Masks will be provided for any attendee who wants one. Our events will follow CDC and local guidance regarding the use of face masks.
Physical Distancing stickers and signage available for attendees and exhibitors.
Larger Aisles and One-Way Aisles will be implemented on our exhibit floor.
Conference Sessions will be set to allow for proper physical distancing in accordance with local and CDC guidelines.
Self-Serve Registration will be implemented whenever possible and pre-registration will be encouraged.
Food & Beverage Services will employ the highest standard of food safety, minimizing self-service options.
Alternative Ways to Greet business partners are encouraged. The exchange of printed materials, such as business cards and sales brochures, are also discouraged, with digital alternatives available and recommended.
